Level of encryption she can hack: On Irene end let's go for 60 percent and lower, not she tends not to use anything lower than 100 but situations may call for it.
Alaric let's go for 50 percent and lower since yeah lessons with Sulu mean he's not nearly as hopeless as he used to be.
Lydia is...not fond of encryptions yet, but when she does, put her at 40 percent or lower as well since she's a smart girl and knows enough to make them hard to get into.
As a general rule on like locked (not encrypted) threads, ask me about them and we'll go from there. Also maybe I'll give Irene's a fancy name later. I'LL EDIT AT SOME POINT LET'S BE REAL.

Things she should be hacking: Private conversations with religious zealotry, though chase only locks shit when she's telling people about important things back home.
Anything else of interest: If Chase doesn't want you to see it? You WON'T. Simply put. She feigns hacking at around an 80% level to avoid suspicion. Also, I'd love for Chase to, at some point, know that Selina's listening in.

Encryptions she cannot hack: I might have him learn how to ward his threads using magic at some point but that's a long ways away, if it happens at all. Otherwise, go for all of it.
Things she should be hacking: Anything! But technically she won't have to. Loki's threads are locked by other people, he hasn't encrypted anything on his own. His version of a locked thread is harassing people in person.
Anything else of interest: Norse God. Good with machines of his own design, not so awesome at computer tech.

Level of encryption she can hack & Encryptions she cannot hack: ...I am sort of baffled by the percentages thing. Is there some correspondence between the percentages and how any particular code reacts to a brute-force cipher vs an information-theoretically secure system?
Things she should be hacking & Anything else of interest: Basically, I am always up for hacking or whatnot and while Thrice is a big time computer nerd, I can't really see him needing to encrypt anything of his own.
If other folks ask, he'd be happy to sort out some security for them.

In that case, I'd say that should Thrice decide to encrypt things, he'd be in the 80%(ish) range. He does this sort of stuff for a living, but unless he's inexplicably hauling about state secrets, he's not really going bother with anything more complex.
It's possible to hack into, but about on par with getting into a banking system and he'd probably notice that someone had been poking through.

Encryptions she cannot hack: If it's official Avengers stuff, I would assume Tony to have been in charge of locking whatever down, so as long as a Stark isn't involved then I think maybe anything is fair game.
Things she should be hacking: Uh, well, I don't know. He works on security, so that might be of interest to her if he's ever discussing stuff with anyone. As quick as Steve can pick things up on how to work them, he's never going to be an expert, so whatever she's interested in.

Level of encryption she can hack: up to about 75%, but we can talk about this since he wouldn't keep things encrypted unless he's talking to Percy.
Encryptions she cannot hack: i will probably have to come up with a new level of lock for Luke once he finds out someone's been snooping. But since he's still new and no one would hack into his stuff just yet, he won't have that set up.
Things she should be hacking: Conversations with Percy at this moment.
Anything else of interest: Luke's dad is the god of thieves. Maybe they can get together at some point and bond over their love of taking things.
